The employer responsible for ensuring safe working conditions for his subordinates should complete the necessary periodic OSH training for employers – regardless of the industry. Occupational safety and health training is also addressed to other persons in charge of employees, i.e. masters, foremen, department managers, etc.
Its completion will help create safe working conditions, which will contribute, among other things, to reducing the number of accidents.
The goal of the training is for trainees to gain knowledge and skills in:
- Assessing the hazards in work processes and the risks associated with these hazards;
- Shaping safe and hygienic working conditions;
- Protection of workers from work-related hazards
Periodic training should be conducted at least once every 5 years.
